having a trouble (color burst)

Sometimes when you import an image or put it on the timeline, you will see a color burst.

I have captured the video. If you reply, I will send you a MOV of what happened.

There is no solution for this symptom and it is too much stress. It even makes me think that I want to switch the whole system from Mac to Windows.

Please reply as soon as possible.
