IOS12 녹음어플의 치명적 문제.

아이폰 ios 12로 업데이트 후, 기본 녹음어플에 치명적인 문제가 있어

매우 중요한 업무녹음파일을 날리는 일이 발생했습니다.

기존 ios에서는 붉은색 녹음버튼을 누르면 녹음시작, 다시 누르면 녹음끝,

그리고 저장버튼이 나와 그것까지 누르면 안전하게 저장된 것을 확인할 수 있었습니다.

그런데 ios12 업데이트 후, 녹음을 완료했더니 이하와 같은 화면이 뜨는 겁니다.

보시는 바와 같이 되감기, 재생, 앞으로 감기, 밑에 재개 버튼이 전부입니다.

일단은 여기에 왜 저장 버튼이 없는지 혼란스러웠습니다.

붉은 버튼 '재개'의 뜻은 국어사전에 의하면 "중단됐던 행위를 이어서 다시 함"이라는 뜻입니다.

말인즉, 1시간59분까지 녹음된 파일을 다시 이어서 녹음하는 버튼으로 이해했고

그 버튼을 눌렀습니다.

그러자 여태까지 녹음한 1시간59분 어치의 파일이 단번에 날아가고

그 파일 위에 새로운 녹음파일이 덮어졌습니다.

순식간에 전 너무나 중요한 업무용 녹음 파일을 잃었습니다.

돈 얼마를 들여서라도 백업해야만 하는 너무나 중요한 파일이었지만

서비스센터에서는 기술적으로 불가능하다는 답만 받았습니다.

애플은 왜 이렇게 오해의 소지가 충분한, 아주 신중하게 눌러야 할 버튼을 굳이 만들어놓고서는,

정확하지 않은 번역으로 이름 붙여놓은 겁니까?

기존 파일이 날아가고 그 위에 새 파일이 덮여지는 거라면

'다시 시작', '리셋', '재녹음' 같은 이름이 있어야 하는 것 아닙니까?

이어한다는 뜻의 '재개'를 붙여놓으면

어떤 한국인이 그 버튼을 누르면 여태까지 녹음한 모든 내용이 날아간다는 뜻으로 이해한단 말입니까?

이 문제로 업무상 치명적인 문제가 생겼고 매우 곤란한 입장에 처했습니다.

애플은 납득 가능한 해명을 해주십시오.

Don't you think you should have Korean names such as 'Start Again', 'Reset' and 'Re-Record'?

Any Korean will not understand that word as a meaning that everything that has been recorded so far is lost.

I have a fatal job problem and I'm in a very difficult position.
