an error in AirPods or iPhone not being fixed for several months.

I enjoy reading a book using spoken content. Many e-book applications seem to use this function. However, for every app, I found an error that stop a connection between AirPods and iPhone all of sudden and the content was spoken through the iPhone speaker. It is so embarrassing. I observed this problem around one year ago, and it is still there. I want Apple to notice this error and try to fix it. I strongly guess it is a software problem, not my own iPhone problem.
