2869에러문의 답변 받기 어려우실 것 같아...

도움이 될지는 모르겠지만 애플US커뮤니티에 올라와있는 해결방법글 몇가지 남겨드려봅니다.

* 검색해본 결과 Windows Cleanup Utility로 삭제하는 방법을 추천합니다.

Downloaded the new Quicktime download that's seperate from iTunes and installed that, then went back over with the iTunes download.

Problem solved by uninstalling itunes + quicktime.

Step 1: Unregister and reregister Windows Installer. To do this, follow these steps:

a) Click on Start > Type in cmd in the search box
b) Right click on cmd that appears on the start menu under programs and hit “Run as administrator”
c) Run the following commands

msiexec /unreg and then press ENTER

msiexec /regserver and then press ENTER

Check to see if the issue is resolved

Step 2: Use the Windows Installer Cleanup utility to remove any entries that are related to the product that you are having difficulty installing (ITunes and QuickTime)

Download and install the Microsoft Windows Cleanup utility. To do this, visit the Microsoft Web site:

Save the file to the desktop. When the download is complete, double-click the file, and then follow the directions. When installation is complete, click Start, point to All Programs, and then click Windows Installer Cleanup.

In the Installed Products list, remove any entries that are related to the product that you are having difficulty installing. If there are too many entries, click Select All, and then click Remove. When you have removed all the entries, click exit, and then start the installation of the product
