iPhone X bought from Hongkong cannot get repair in Korea?

I bought iPhone X last Sep in Hongkong.

several days ago there happened some accident and the screen cracked.

So, I asked apple Korea to get service, but they said that the part is not available in Korea.

I wonder whether they can help me by importing needed part or sending my phone to US to get repair. But they said that they cannot do that.

The only way is I should go abroad like Japan, China, Hongkong, Thailand, US, Indonesia etc to get repair by myself.

I totally don't understand how Apple have this kind of customer service policy. I can't believe the helper's comment so I checked several times but the answers were same. I have to go abroad to get repair.

Model number is A1865.

If I can get the part, I think I can get repair here in Korea.

Is there anybody can help?
