국가 변경으로 Apple 계정 잔액의 남은 금액 문의

Hi, I want to change my Apple ID country from the US to Korea, but I have a remaining balance of $2.09. I don’t have a credit card, and I don’t mind losing the balance. Can you please help me reset it so I can change the region?
