Photomator license status problem...

I have trouble purchasing Photomator license doesn'w work on the Mac. I guess I have an 'early supporter' license on my iphone. But, I want to have Mac license now.

If I try to get yearly or monthly option on the photomator program, there's no change. And I tried to restore earlier purchase but it says that general cause regardless of my license status 'early supporter' on iphone.

How should I do? Please let me know~

iMac 24″, macOS 26.1

Hi!


On Mac, make sure the App Store is signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase, then in Photomator go to Photomator > Restore Purchase


If it still says restore fails regardless of 'Early supporter', contact support with your Apple purchase receipt and ask them to verify your license status.
