Cannot create apple id
When trying to create apple id, I get 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable when validating email.

method 1 : Try a different creation method > Settings on iPhone or iPad, System Settings on Mac, App Store
method 2 : Switch networks, for example from WiFi to cellular or from cellular to another WiFi network.
method 3 : Try using Incognito(Private mode) or a different browser.
If the same 503 error keeps repeating, the issue is more likely on Apple's validation server side rather than a problem with your input, so it's best to retry a few hours later or contact Official Apple Support
