iPhone Messages quick menu keeps showing one contact that won’t go away

When I long-press the Messages app on iPhone, it shows suggested contacts at the top (like frequently contacted people).

The problem is that one specific person keeps appearing and won’t disappear.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

But that one contact is still stuck there like it’s pinned or something.

Has anyone experienced this?

Any way to fix it would be really appreciated

해당 연락처가 과거 대화가 '고정'상태 였을 가능성이 있습니다.

메시지 앱 실행 → 좌측 상단 편집 → 고정 편집 으로 해당 연락처를 제거해보시기 바랍니다.

There is a possibility that the contact in question had a past conversation that was in a "Pinned" state.

Please try removing the contact by going to: Open the Messages app → tap Edit in the top left → tap Edit Pins, and remove the contact from there.
