The main causes
- License expiration
- Regional restrictions
- Sync errors
Please try this,
- On your iPhone, go to Settings → Apps → Music → turn off Sync Library → wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on
- Remove the song showing "Item Not Available" from your playlist, then re-add it
- If the issue persists, go to Settings → Your Name → Media & Purchases → Sign Out → then sign back in
