Generally, you need to pick up your order within 7 days of receiving the pickup notification email. If you do not pick it up within 7 days, the order will be automatically canceled.

However, this is not an official Apple Store policy. If you need to pick up your order later than the scheduled pickup date, you should contact the Apple Store where you placed the pickup order.
