I can't subscribe.. why can't I subscribe to my account?

- Check whether Content & Privacy Restrictions is turned off under Settings → Screen Time.
- Check whether a valid payment method is registered under Settings → your name → Payment & Shipping.
- Check the minimum iOS version required by the app you want to subscribe to.
If none of the above resolves the issue, contact Apple Support in your country or region for subscriptions to Apple services such as iCloud+ or Apple Music. For in-app subscriptions, contact the app developer.
