맥북 크롬 오류 (my chrome error)

안녕하세요~ 인터넷검색해봐도딱히답을못찾아서이곳에글을올려봅니다.

저는맥북에어에서크롬을쓰고있는데요, 잘쓰다가어느순간갑자기플러그인들실행이중단되었다고막뜨고탭을열어서주소를입력해도아무반응이없고,
(인터넷도안됩니다)

이상태에서맥북자체가 (소리는따로안나지만) 마치쓰로틀링걸린것처럼모든어플리케이션이느려지거나작동이안하고그렇습니다. 크롬재실행해도마찬가지현상이나타나구요.

아무래도크롬오류같은데, 아무리찾아봐도해결책을못찾겠네요.

I'm using a Macbook Air 2015, and recently experiencing an error while using the Chrome.
When I surf with Chrome, I sometimes find all my plugins getting stopped, and Chrome just showing this gray error face without responding. This error also makes my other mac applications either slow or stop.
Even reopening Chrome wouldn't help.

Anybody found a similar error?
