I cannot go into iTunes Store and almost everything in iTunes using Internet network.

network is fine and internet is connected but I can't go to iTunes Store. it's just white blank page whenever I try.
What's the problem with my PC and iTunes?
I reset my "hosts" file.
I did cmd - "netsh winsock reset"
and so on but I still cannot solve this problem.
