갑자기 시리로 통화걸기가 안됩니다!( Can not use the dialing function 'Siri')

며칠전부터 시리로 전화걸기가 안되서 시리 및 검색에서 시리야를 끄고 재설정 해보려고 했는데 시리 및 검색창이 눌려진 상태로 멈춰버리더니 화면이 먹통이 되서 강제종료를 시도하고, 다시 설정으로 들어갔는데 똑같은 현상이 반복되어 결국 기기 설정 초기화를 진행하였습니다.

초기화 후에는 다행히 시리와 다른 기능들이 정상적으로 돌아갔는데 여전히 시리에게 'ㅇㅇ한테 전화 걸어줘'라고 하면 인식은 하고 'ㅇㅇ님에게 전화거는중' 화면만 띄우고 전화를 걸어주지를 않습니다...

알람기능, 문자기능 등 다른건 다 되는데 전화걸기만 안됩니다...도대체 왜 이러는 걸까요? 구매한지 이제 5개월째...벌써부터 이러면 정말 곤란한데...기기 설정 초기화까지 했는데 이러면...

기기 외관 및 성능은 최상이라 리퍼를 해주더라도 굳이 리퍼까지 가고싶지않아서 제가 할 수 있는 선에서 해결하고 싶은데...어떻게 방법이 없을까요? 비슷한 증상을 겪고 있으신 분 만약 계시다면 조언좀 부탁드립니다 ㅠㅠ
