M1 External monitor vertical lines flickering.

I have problem using External monitor.

I have two Samsung 4k Thunderbolt 3 Monitors.

Both of them shows same problem.

These are what I tested.

Various Thunderbolt 3 Cables
Various HDMI Cables
Software Updates
m1 MacBook Air, m1 Mac mini

It shows vertical lines flickering.

I found other experiencing this same problem.

No way to fix it.

Mac mini, macOS 11.6
