Where to replace my macbook pro battery

Its design capactity is 6900 (early 15" 2011 mbp), so its health is about 80% after 35 charge cycle. Which is super weird because my 2010 mbp holds more charge than this early 2011 mbp one. I can't reach 3 hours usage anymore.

I'm currently living in Daejeon and would like to know if there is any nearby apple authorized service center to perform battery replacement for me.
