Recently my Korean bank card can't make money transactions online to purchase AirPods because of some countries' restrictions for online purchasing. If I bought AirPods in the Apple store, can I request engraving service there? I am stuck as I want to get engraving and can't buy online.

You can place an order for Engraved AirPods online on Apple Online Store, but unfortunately it is currently unavaliable in Apple Retail Stores and Apple Resellers. If you want to purchase an AirPods with free engraving, you must order online at Apple Online Store.
