M1 Pro recoginze third party blue tooth Keyboard but Can't connet it.

I have few bluetooth Keyboards and I found that I Can't pairing it to my M1pro Macbook Pro.

(Can detect the bluetooth keyboard but can't pairing each other)

Actually the keyboards working well , And I can connect it through my Intel chipset MacBook Pro.

Apple Service Keep telling me I have to contact the keyboard's company, and I found that lots of people

are posted about the same problem On internet(After they Use Mac Silicon Chipset),

but Apple has no Action to Dealing with the Problem.

So please Help me to Find out How can I solve this problem , Cuz I've got 4 bluetooth Keyboard.....
