Apple ID 접근 불가. Unable to get in to my own Apple ID

(update) found the solution: If your Apple ID is greyed out in Settings - Apple Support

Whenever I try to login to my Apple ID via computer, below error message pops up.

+ cannot access to my apple ID via phone either.

I need to unsubscribe something by end of this month. somebody pls help me out here. Thank you.
