애플계정 삭제 요청

비밀번호를 몇 번을 바꾸었는데도 사용자 정보 변경한다는, 즉 해킹 당했다는 메일을 받게 만듬.

계정 자체를 삭제하고자 했더니 이런 보안 질문에 답하기를 하여 삭제조차 못하게 함. 고객센터 통화하고자 했더니 통화도 되지 않고, 모든 기기에서 로그아웃만 가능하다고 답변함.

내 절대 애플 제품은 근처도 가지 않겠다. 어떻게 된 게 계정 삭제도 못하게 이모양 이꼴로 하고, 고객센터 운영도 개판이라 통화 한 번 하는 데 며칠이 걸리는 데다가 업무가 바뻐 전화를 못 받으면 다시 며칠을 기다려야 함.

I’ve changed my password multiple times, but I keep getting emails saying my user information was changed, meaning I’ve been hacked.

I tried to delete my account, but it won’t let me because I have to answer some security questions. Even after that, I couldn’t delete my account.

I wanted to call customer service, but I couldn’t get through. They only told me I could log out from all devices.

I will never go near Apple products again. What’s going on? I can’t even delete my account, and their customer service is a mess. It takes days just to get a call, and if I miss it because I’m busy, I have to wait another few days.
