Bluetooth mouse cursor cannot move to the right side of the screen after reconnecting (iPad Pro M4, iPadOS 26.2)

On iPad Pro (M4) running iPadOS 26.2,under assistive touch, when using a Bluetooth mouse in landscape mode, the cursor cannot move to the right portion(1/3) of the screen after the Bluetooth mouse is disconnected and reconnected.

(in case I turn on "Always show menu", then the cursor is able to reach to the end of right edge and if i turn off, cannot move the right again)

After a fresh reboot, the cursor initially works correctly across the full screen. However, once the Bluetooth mouse is disconnected and then reconnected, the cursor movement becomes restricted to approximately the left two-thirds of the display. The right one-third of the screen becomes unreachable by the cursor.

This issue does not occur immediately after reboot, only accure after Bluetooth reconnection.

might be pleased if you can help me to solve this out.

Thanks for your support in advance.

Hi!

  1. Restart your iPad Restart your iPad - Apple Support
  2. Toggle AssistiveTouch OFF and ON again ( Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch)
  3. Re-pair from AssistiveTouch Devices ( Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch > Devices )
  4. If you ever enabled Dwell Control and Eye Tracking; temporarily turn Dwell Control OFF

If the steps above still don’t resolve the issue, please send Product Feedback - Apple or contact Official Apple Support for further assistance.
