Hello, I would like to request a refund for this purchase.
I accidentally subscribed to the ad-supported plan and then immediately changed to the Basic plan, which resulted in a duplicate charge.
I did not intend to use the ad-supported plan, and I switched plans right away.
I would appreciate a refund for the unused portion of the previous subscription.
