앱 껐다 켤때마다 환영창 계속 나옴 (macOS Sequoia apps keep showing welcome screen)

이미지처럼 앱을 껐다 켤때마다 환영창이 항상 뜹니다. 일부앱은 안뜹니다.

지금까지 해본 방법

• 맥북 재시동
• 소프트웨어 최신화
• 터미널에서 rm -rf ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.Notes 실행

As shown in the image, the welcome screen keeps appearing every time I quit and relaunch the app. This issue only happens with certain apps, while others are fine.

Here is what I have tried so far:

• Restarting my Mac
• Updating to the latest macOS version
• Running rm -rf ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.Notes in Terminal
