Cancelled one product in the same order number

Last sunday I bought ipad air + apple pencil but since I just realized I didn’t use the education type so on tuesday I cancelled my ipad air and it was working but since the apple pencil being prepared it can’t cancelled. I already received email about the cancelled product and it takes 3 days. Can I get my money back within that days even if in the same orders I only cancelled my ipad air? And also I just received my apple pencil today. I tried to call the customer care but I can’t speak korean well also the customer service is using korean
