AppleCare Coverage: Problem with Registration
I bought an AppleCare plan for my Ipad and tried to register it but was unable to. I got an email saying it was registered and I would get proof of registration in 24-48 hours, but it's been about 11 days and I haven't received anything. I have tried to contact Apple for support but can't reach anyone (I made an appointment for a call but I only get a message recording saying they are busy). I tried to register the product again, but it wouldn't let me use the same Serial Number. How can I complete the registration or confirm that my product is registered? Where can I go for help with this problem?
