아이튠즈 결제 환불에 관하여 요청드립니다.

제가 원피스 트레저 크루즈 라는 모바일 게임에 결제를 했고

그 게임이 과잉광고 또 운영에 관해 본 서버와 상반되는 어마어마한 서비스 차이 등 으로 환불을 하려 했고

게임사에서는 2시간내에는 무조건 100% 환불이 된다는 정책이 있어 환불진행 하려하였으니 그것은 구글 스토어에 한해서 더군요. 그래서 제가 아이튠즈에서 문제신고로 환불을 신청했습니다 .

그런데 제가 했던 신청했던 결제 내역 중 왜 1달러 짜리만 환불이 되고 나머지는 되지 않는 것 입니까 ?

제가 안드로이드 사용자였다면 구글스토어를 사용했을 것이고 2시간 내에 환불을 받았을 것 입니다.

그렇지만 아이폰 사용자이기 때문에 아이튠즈를 사용할 수 밖에 없고 그 것 으로인해 게임사에서 환불을 받지 못했습니다. 애플에 아이튠즈에 제가 요청한 결제환불이 받아들여지지 않은 겁니까 ? 1달러 두 건 만 환불 됐다고 e-mail이 왔습니다. 저는 제가 안드로이드 사용자가 아니기 때문에 2시간 내에 환불 받지 못한 금액을 환불받고 싶습니다.

애플이 이 문제를 빨리 해결해 주기를 원합니다.
